Phil Tee, CEO & Co-Founder - Moogsoft
Kevin was appointed by myself and our lead investment partner Accel with the remit to define our product strategy, establish Njini as an industry leader and launch the company in North America. Kevin created the global marketing plan and launched successfully not only Njini as a company but also an entire new market category called Information Asset Management. The technology established a revolutionary and early data and storage software layer with data de-duplication and information lifecycle management (ILM) capabilities and was recognised with multiple awards for the technology, implementation by early adopter global brands and a successful launch as the premier exhibitor at Storage Decisions Conference in California. Kevin’s success in our market, helped in the eventual acquisition of the Njini technology by Riverbed

Kevin is a highly driven, personable GTM strategy professional. His background and skills provided a solid understanding of the needs of the technology market and is able to articulate that across the different disciplines that contribute to the Clearswift success. Ed Doyle, Director - Product Management
Kevin and I worked together on the Financial Crime and Compliance business unit’s product strategy. This contributed to the overall BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (AI) 5 Year GTM Strategy that Kevin had ownership to develop. As a major revenue generating business unit at Applied Intelligence, we worked on how the interaction between FCC and Cyber Security could provide our customers with increased protection across their business lifecycle. Kevin’s overall visibility of the different disciplines at Applied Intelligence, contributed to the need to build an evolving GTM strategy whilst still running a profitable organisation. Our final proposal recommended the evolution from a product to a platform strategy. The ‘Integrated Financial Crime Service Hub’ platform would integrate not just cloud technology, but data, and integration with external 3rd party services. This new platform approach would position Applied Intelligence as a market leader in the provision of KYC, Customer Risk Data Services and Financial Network and Counterparty Risk Services.
Ed is a RegTech business leader with 20 years experience bringing innovative, commercially successful, technology solutions to global markets. With a track record of growing technology solution businesses from inception to global leadership (as ranked by Gartner, CEB Tower, Aite & Chartis) and working with the top 250 financial institutions globally to mitigate crime risk.

Spencer Starkey, VP EMEA Sales - SonicWall
Partnerships were critical to the success of the BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (AI) Cyber Security business unit. In my role as Global VP Sales, Kevin’s in-depth knowledge of how technology and sales partners can add sustainable value to Applied Intelligence's product and revenue generation objectives was key to the creation of the recommended ‘Technology Vendor Partner Program’. Our analysis of over 100 existing sales partners, provided a base line of recurring revenues, deal sizes and capabilities as possible future partners. Critical to our program was the identification and alignment of sales partners that had existing relationships with our current technology partners and also those that would be integrated into the portfolio as part of the 5-year GTM Strategy, enabling AI to accelerate new revenue streams quickly.
Spencer is the VP EMEA Sales, where he manages the field sales organisation, including SonicWall's partners team, sales operations, sales reps, and sales engineers.
Spencer is experienced in Direct and Indirect Leadership in software, hardware and cloud services, with accomplished management, strategy and operational experience.
He brings over 18 years experience, and prior to joining SonicWall, Spencer held leadership positions at Noble, BAE AI, McAfee, and Checkpoint Technologies, among others.
